without scheduling to run a macro i want to be able to issue a dtmf code
that will run a macro at a specified time for the day i issue it.
i want to run a macro that has voice announcements for a Thursday night net
at 18:15 but not every Thursday night, so net control can anytime during
the day issue the dtmf command and the macro will play at 18:15 that day,
it would be issued on Thursday but it could be issued any day as long as it
is a few minutes before the schedule of 18:15.
