[arm-allstar] Heat produced ---was: Pi 4's available

Hi Gervais,

Without a heatsink and some gentle airflow, RPi4B SoC chips can get pretty 
warm, particularly when the RPi4B is used as a hub or in a hot 
environment.

How hot is your board gettings? Do you have a small heatsink on the SoC?
