[arm-allstar] problems after upgrading

Hi.

I was doing some work at our site, so I updated our hamvoip image. We're
now at firmware 1.7.1-04, asterisk 1.4.23-pre, and app_rpt 0.327.

After the update, Allstar worked. But a while later, we discovered that
while the internet side was working, the node is not triggering or
responding to the repeater.

I tried the 'power-cycle the usb sub-system' from the Admin menu. I get a
message that says 'This feature is not currently available.'

After the update, I copied over our original conf files, including the
simple usb tuning one.

Help. I don't know what to try next.
