[arm-allstar] $29 pi alternative

Guys I bought a few of the in oven to quadras. In addition to it not booting the Allstar image I found another issue. 
I have a kiwi SDR online here and the last few days noise extremely high here on 75 meters. Got out the Potomac field strength meter and df it to my house. Yep, the chineee wall wart shipped with the Quadra real real loud. So before experimenting with one might want to get a different power supply

Now the Quadra is kinda cute, it’s raspian. Works great but to do Allstar I’ll need to compile from source. I wanted to see if it handled USB any better than a Pi. I have removed all Pi Allstar controllers I had and substituted a HP thin client box with SSD.
