Mine works.

There is an annotation in /srv/http/supermon2/user_files/global.inc
// NOTICE LOCALZIP for weather now defined in
// /usr/local/sbin/supermon/node_info.ini

/usr/local/sbin/supermon/node_info.ini has these lines...
WX_CODE="75025"
WX_LOCATION="Plano, TX"
