[arm-allstar] echolink issues

How long are they waiting from the time they open the app until they try to
connect?  I read somewhere that it takes a bit, maybe 30 seconds or so for
being logged into the echolink servers to hit all the nodes so it shows a
valid user.  It can't hurt to ask whoever is trying to connect to just wait.
