[arm-allstar] IAX2 calltoken timestamp Message Floods - Dropping connections

This is coming from a bug with the Repeaterphone iOS app and it's
handling of call tokens. It was updated yesterday, and this should now
be fixed. If you know who "they" are, make sure everyone has updated to
Repeaterphone v1.2.
