It's only available for iOS at this time, Dave, but write to the
developer and see what the status is for Android implementation. It's
probably not too far off, but considering you guys already have DVSwitch
Mobile, then maybe not. RepeaterPhone Mobile does essentially what
DVSwitch does, and it acts like a Mac running Transceive to Allstar.
Yes, you log into the ASL site with your ASL credentials, and when you
connect to a node, it appears to others online as if you were a Mac
doing it.
