This has already been implemented.

After setting up your Allstar account in Repeaterphone, go to the 
favorites tab, then add favorite. Here, you can toggle between account 
and credentials. Switch to credentials, then use iaxrpt 
username/password as defined in your iax.conf. You can specify a 
hostname and port, or leave these fields empty to resolve from the 
Allstarlink registration servers.
