[arm-allstar] Talk on Allstar With Your iOS Device!

I agree that a "modern" authentication system is needed for AllStar. This
need is greatly magnified by the proliferation of "non-radio" AllStar
connection methods and then throw in IPv6, which is now reality for many
users.

The problem is maintaining compatibility with legacy installations, of 
course....Much thought is going into this.
