[arm-allstar] problems after upgrading

Yes, you need to stop asterisk, first.  This command will work:

[root at RPi-Z2W ~]# asterisk -rx 'stop now'

..And, you should see:

[root at RPi-Z2W ~]# Asterisk ended with exit status 0
Asterisk shutdown normally.
