[arm-allstar] problems after upgrading

Hi Don,
I suspect the problem is a typo in a config file in the /etc/asterisk
directory. The 1.7.1 software release corrected several bugs related to
poor handing of config file handling. The way I usually look for this
type of problem is to launch asterisk interactively, with all the startup
messages scrolling on the screen. Then, look for something abnormal. I
realize this implies a high level of understanding about what all the
messages mean. I'll be glad to help take a look, if needed. Please
contact me off list. To launch asterisk interactively, go to a bash
prompt (admin menu option #9) and run:
[root at RPi-Z2W ~]# asterisk -vvvvgc
<snip>
*CLI> stop now
Use the command "stop now" to exit the CLI.
The 'power-cycle the usb sub-system' was added in the RPi3B days and
was a great feature....Unfortunately, as of the more recent boards
(RPi4B), this caused the board to crash as well as reseting the USB bus.
That's why the feature was removed.
