[arm-allstar] Tail Messages

I have not found much on using this feature.
I can play the gsm file I created  that is in var/lib/asterisk/sounds using
this line [asterisk -r -x "rpt playback 12345 YOURFILENAME"] that works
great. I cannot however get it to play as a tail message. Im assuming I
need to include the above syntax but there is very little to go on on how
the implement this.
