[arm-allstar] 1.5 Boards

I have a Pi Zero 2 W that started to have intermittent wifi, and then the
wifi chip totally died. It works fine on Ethernet, so I added a USB wifi
dongle so I could use it as my docker PiHole/Unbound backup server. The
wifi chip doesn't even register as being there, and I even tried rpi-update
to beta firmware and newer kernel with no luck. And I have two other Pi 2
Zero W's that work great on wifi. Consequently, I've heard Robert, the TGIF
Spot maker, say that he's seen a few wifi chip failures with various pi
boards. On the positive, there are some really good wifi dongles with
better antennas and they're not too expensive. I'm just using an old Edimax
2.4GHz dongle I had on hand, but some good dual band ones are out there
now.
