[arm-allstar] 1.5 Boards

I've not seen any issues, but I really haven't "beat up" a 1.5 board with 
WiFi testing, either.

Please give more info about the issue you're seeing?  How fast does it 
show up?  Does it automatically resolve (or require reboot)??  Is the 
problem intermittent dropped packets or fully off-line?
