[arm-allstar] Bubble Chart

Matt,

Do you have stats server reporting enabled on you node??  For example, if 
your node number is 1234, in the rpt.conf file:

[1234]

statpost_program=/etc/asterisk/local/send_node_stats.sh
statpost_url=none
