[arm-allstar] Update 1.7-01

Hi Larry and Everyone,

Updates are re-enabled as of this morning and all looks good.

These updates resolve booting and functional issues with the very latest 
RPi4B v1.5 and RPiZ2W boards.

Another announcement will be out soon.
