Same here, mine was delivered by DHL to a company about 100 miles away, 
but I can't get their details as it was not addressed to me.

I suspect that someone attached a wrong (but valid) tracking number to 
my order to give the impression that the order was in transit. A real 
number for a different order for delivery to the actual addressee.

I think I'm beginning to see how this scam works.
The cash will now be released to the seller since the order is tracked 
to have been delivered, despite nothing being shipped out.

The only problem with this, that I see, is that surely AliExpress will 
notice duplicated tracking numbers.

I did think that AliExpress were reputable, however they are not the 
seller in this case, so similar to Amazon I guess.

It will be interesting to see what PayPal do.

Anyone else got a better explanation?
