[arm-allstar] IRLP with hamvoip beware!!!!

Aside from Allstar being a more versatile platform, the other drawback
to IRLP is what happens to it when David Cameron is no longer around
?(I'm not sure his age).
The reason Allstar survived Jim Dixon's death is because he shared the
source code. That is one point often overlooked.
