[arm-allstar] IRLP with hamvoip beware!!!!

I left IRLP and don't miss it 1 bit.  Once you get to using allstar
audio, there's no going back.  Like everyone said, their garbage
hardware, it's not worth it.  I can do anything I need to with my
allstar node.
