[arm-allstar] Radioless nodes, hoping someone can help

Most Raspberry pi are very difficult to come by right now. So nodes not
available for most part. No idea why no reply. But other places like
Node-ventures are out.
Hotspotradios are out.
Can only recommend keep checking back.
