it does not seem that the overlay *rpi-poe-plus* exists
*rpi-poe* does and gets loaded but that is for the 1st gen POE hat
so it does not get used
I have searched archlinuxarm.org to see if it was mentioned there

has anyone built this? found this ?
or am I missing something obvious

having to hotwire the fan on this seems dumb
