[arm-allstar] txmixb Enable

I believe if you run the simple-usb-tune-menu application it sets a value for txmixbset in the file simpleusb_tune_usb_[node#].conf

like...
txmixbset=500

The value being whatever level you set it to.

I don't see any other settings to enable it.
