[arm-allstar] PTT issue

Go to simple usb tune from the menu.Press v for view.At the bottom it should have all clear and the ptt unkeyed.Correct the one that is wrong.73 & glSent via the Samsung Galaxy S9, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone
