[arm-allstar] RPi Zero 2 W wireless slow

Hi Larry,
The proper WiFi driver is automatically selected. If it's not there, WiFi
doesn't work at all.

feet apart ...rest of system all works fin only Pi Zero 2 W has the issue.
From what David said they are different wireless chips on Pi Zero and
actual Pi3's so may have got the wireless loaded driver wrong.
