[arm-allstar] IAXRPT Can Not Dial

Earl,

You need to put these settings in the node stanza in the rpt.conf file. 
For example, if your node number is: 1234, in rpt.conf:

[1234]
propagate_dtmf=yes
propagate_phonedtmf=yes
remote_dtmf_allowed=1
