[arm-allstar] configuring multiple static IPs on HamVoIP

Hi:

I've got a Raspberry Pi 4 in a data center. I have two static IP 
addresses available. I want to run thebridge (TBD) on one of them, and 
Asterisk on the other. I've been using a separate node to bridge 
echolink to HamVoIP through an echolink -r node, but I want to use 
thelinkbox internally instead, which will free up my -r node, and 
theoretically provide better connectivity, and put tbd on it's own IP. 
Has anyone done this successfully? If so, what is the best way to add a 
second IP interface to HamVoIP? It looks easy enough to bind Asterisk, 
or at least IAX, to a given IP address.
