[arm-allstar] HSH CID

Hi Scott,

AFAIK there isn't an already defined "best practice" for handling how HSH
or HOIP data shows up in Supermon. For the ECR (and other) hubs, I've got
a customized version of Supermon (AKA: Supermon Hub Edition) which knows
how handle/process the HSH node numbers.

In the extensions.conf files, I just make sure the node is uniquely
identified. For example, on one ECR hub, the config looks like:

[from-hhotline]
exten => _X!,1,Answer
exten => _X!,n,Playback(/etc/asterisk/local/ecr-welcome-ptt)
exten => _X!,n,Rpt(521197|P|HH${CALLERID(num)})

[from-hoip]
exten => _X!,1,Answer
exten => _X!,n,Playback(/etc/asterisk/local/ecr-welcome-ptt)
exten => _X!,n,Rpt(521197|P|HP${CALLERID(num)})

.....So, in these cases, the HSH node numbers are prefixed with "HH" and
HOIP node numbers are prefixed with "HP". Then, the custom Supermon code
maps these identifiers to the proper fields (name, callsign, etc.).

Note that the [from-hhotline] and [from-hoip] are the targets of the
context= statements from the iax.conf file.
