[arm-allstar] AllStarLink DB

*.nodes.allstarlink.org doesn't resolve since sometime yesterday, I 
think. *.ip.hamvoip.org is still working fine.

This, among other things, is why I gave HamVoIP a static IP address, 
since that isn't very likely to change on my system.
