I have personally been using Lightwave Networks Dallas data center to host a raspberry pi 4 for a few months. The service itself is fantastic, no problems so far. I did have some initial trouble with the sales person though. Since I didn’t have a spare Pi 4 to send them, and they are very hard to get, I chose to rent one from them instead. They couldn’t get one for about a month. I am still trying to get one at their Boston data center.

at least when you rent a Pi from them, they charge for an entire ear‘s service upfront.
