[arm-allstar] CLI control of SimpleUSB

I have a Kenwood TM-V71A that I sometimes use as a link radio to local
repeaters, other times, it's just a regular simplex node.

I have a script that changes various aspects of node operation. For
example, when it's in node mode, duplex is changed to 1, and the node
IDs. When  it's in link mode, duplex is 0, linktolink is enabled,
rxnotch is added, and the ID is disabled.

I want to also change the rxaudiodelay parameter in simpleusb when
changing modes. I want it at 0 when it's in link mode, and somewhere
around 7 or 8 in node mode. Most repeaters around here have CTCSS
encode/decode with reverse burst, so I'm not worried about squelch
crashing, and would rather decrease latency in that mode, but I want to
turn it up when I'm using it as a simplex node to avoid crashing.

What should I do to make this happen?

I know that simpleusb_tune can be controlled on the fly, but not sure how.

Thanks and 73
