[arm-allstar] Error 2002 when trying to connect

I just put up a new allstar ham voip node. It was working perfectly on a simplex radio on the bench at home. I set the node up at the repeater site. There is no router. The node is connected directly to a cable modem from Comcast. (Motorola SB5120). When I try to connect to another node I get a voice message stating error 2002. 
I am able to ping google. I was able to set audio levels. 

Can someone please help? I am fairly new to Allstar. The Node belongs to a local radio club and the Node is under W6HIR Node number 56166.
