* Here is how my node calls it, but I'm sure other options exist as well:
outstreamcmd=/bin/sh,-c,/usr/bin/lame --preset cbr 24 --highpass 0.2
-r -m m -s 8 --bitwidth 16 - - 2> /tmp/stream.status |
/usr/local/bin/ezstream -c /etc/ezstream.xml
I hope you can piece it back together due to word wrap. This line is
in the first stanza of /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf
