[arm-allstar] Programming Motorola CDM1250 for Use with Maxtrac Adapter?

Chris, I have devised a solution for programming the old Motorola radios that require a DOS RSS with a screen reader. I’m not familiar with the 1250, but I assume it can be programmed in the same way. I have programmed a couple of radius and Maxtrack radios using this method.
