[arm-allstar] Echolink disconnecting ---bug confirmed and fixed!

Hi Everyone,

I just realized I left some diagnostic code enabled in the echolink driver 
which is causing some echolink connections to drop after 45 seconds.  

OOPS.

I just fixed this and pushed an update into the release repository.  
Please update with admin option #1 and check echolink connections again.

This problem is only present in the 1.7.0-02 release from earlier this 
week.
