I didn't see anyone answer your question, I guess I need to know if you are
using pseudo, radioless node.
If so you need to add telemenabled=255 in your node, down in
/etc/asterisk/rpt.conf
; Misc. settings
telemenabled=255 ;needed for V1.7.0-1 upgrade for pseudo to work

help of others
I put together some documents for the windows techs, I am not a linux guru,
but I am very impressed
with Hamvoip and all the support I've been getting so I can play.
