[arm-allstar] Backup Won't Boot Up

I had a SD Card failure.  I have a backup on a USB stick. I broke out a brand new SD card and used Disk Genius, on my Windows PC, to clone my USB backup onto my new SD Card.  All of the files are on the new SD card but it won’t boot up.  I’ve been learning Linux as I go but this is something that’s out of my league at the moment.  I’m an old DOS/Windows guy so if this were on one of those platforms I could probably fix it.  However since this is new territory for me I’m open to suggestions.  If I can just get my backup to boot I’ll be back in business again.
