[arm-allstar] Courtesy tone settings

HNY 2022 All.

Im playing with courtesy tone settings to set my system apart from 
others, and have customized when no node connected, connected, etc.

I have found though that if I dial in from my VoIP desk phone, (IAX 
from FreePBX system) nothing I do makes the phone connection have any CT.
When the phone mutes/VOX drops, there is no CT at all.

Supermon shows the VoIP phone connection as:

Node Node Information Received Link Direction Connected Mode
K5KTF IaxRpt or Web Transceiver client 12:02:17 AM ESTABLISHED IN 
12:09:02 AM Transceive

(the "K5KTF" is the phone extension callerID)

Is there some thing I can add to rpt.conf to add one?
I tried :
nodeK5KTF=ct10
but no dice...
(yes, I have a ct10 tone string defined)

Nodes 425630 & 425631 (425630 is off the air at the moment due to
