[arm-allstar] Feature request: Mute DTMF after * received

Well, if audio to the network is muted when the sequence starts, that 
won't matter, since you won't get a

kerchunk on the other side when someone lands on your connection, since it is still not sending audio until the next transmission cycle.

FWIW, this is why, if I must use DTMF, I always connect in monitor mode, 
then only change to transceive (*30) if I know I'm going to say stuff. 
This way, I don't

kerchunk when I connect.
