[arm-allstar] Feature request: Mute DTMF after * received

It only has one drawback. If the operator accidentally presses a DTMF
key--any DTMF key--that could cause his transmission to drop
unintentionally. The decoders in these Allstar nodes seem pretty good at
not falsing, so I'm not particularly concerned with that aspect of the
human voice causing the mute system to perform its function (i.e.,
dropping the transmission), but I do suppose it's a possibility that has
to be factored in. With the good, there's always the potential for some
bad to sneak in :-)
