[arm-allstar] 2 nodes on same network

did you port forward, NAT from your router to the iax ports on the two
nodes, so that incoming will work.
If you don't want that to happen then put the node info in rpt.conf down at
the bottom for both nodes
the local one 127.0.0.1 that you are editing and the other one whatever lan
IP you assigned it.
