[arm-allstar] Time announcement on second node

I'm pretty sure you need to add a line in usr/local/etc/allstar.env that
says
node2=yoursecondnodenumber


then in ssh

type crontab -e
find the line that has the saytime.pl and node1 text and copy it and change
node1 to node2.

might have to reboot after.

That should theoretically work.

Should be easy enough with that info.
