[arm-allstar] Pi zero w

I had ASL running on a Pi Zero W for a short time just to play with it. 
It worked, but performance was pretty terrible. For a long time, one of 
the package repositories didn't include the script to install the 
dahdi_dummy module. It was nearly useless without that, and not a lot 
better with it. Extremely choppy audio, even locally.
