In the Hamvoip version of Asterisk prior to 1.7.0 of 12/18/2021 setting
'telemdefault=1' in /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf resulted in telemetry on
incoming AllStar connections. Since that update Allison is silent on
incoming AllStar connections but she speaks the callsign phonetically on
incoming Echolink connections.
While I can appreciate not sending such announcements downstream over
the IP network to any other connected nodes, I would like to see the
announcements restored to the RF port. As it is now RF users have no
idea of an incoming AllStar connection until audio comes in from that
connection.
