[arm-allstar] iaxrpt question

Hi Lu,

There is a transmit bar on the bottom of the screen..  With Dave's help WA2KJC, I got it working. The only change is now when I use Zoiper, I need to hit dtmf tones to enable PTT and Disable PTT. But when I use the iaxrpt windows app the transmit bar now keeps it in transmit until I click it again.

There is no push to talk button on that program so you have to use VOX or DTMF.
