[arm-allstar] Clicking noise and broken audio

When this happens to me I've found that the following line in
simpleusb.conf has changed from 8 to something else.

queuesize = 8

it causes loads of issues when it changes to anything but 8.  This may not
be your issue but it's somewhere to start with at least.
