[arm-allstar] Voice announcements stopping

I selected the "14 Power-cycle the USB sub-system" menu item and got a
message of "This feature is not currently available.".  Darn.

I did a reboot last night and got the IP address announcement and the 8
and 9 PM time announcements (I have the announcements limited to run 8
AM to 9 PM).  I guess I'll see how long it goes this time.
