[arm-allstar] Very jittery audio on Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W

Hi:
I am experiencing very choppy audio on a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W connected
to a Ubiquiti U6 Lite access point. Latency and jitter look pretty good.
No lost packets. Some spikes, but I've seen much worse with better results.
I am running in turbo mode. It doesn't matter where I connect. I'm even
experiencing choppy audio even when connected to another node on my LAN,
which is hard-wired, sending all local traffic between the two nodes on
the LAN. The internet isn't involved. However, local parrot sounds fine.
Repeaterphone on the same WiFi access point is nice and smooth, as is
DVSwitch Mobile, and another HamVoIP node running on a Raspberry Pi 3
model b from 2016, also on WiFi.
Other than not using WiFI, which I'd love to do, but can't, what else
should I look for? I would blame WiFi in general, but the other HamVoIP
node, which is about 6 inches away from this one, is performing much
better. The Pi Zero 2 W is currently at -61 dBm, while the better
performing Pi 3 model b is sitting at -58 dBm on the same AP.
