[arm-allstar] Broadcastify audio issue

Hello,
First I do have a ham radio Allstar node on Hamvoip that sends the audio to Broadcastify just fine.  I recently added one for my GMRS repeater which is also using Hamvoip.  The repeater id and courtesy tone come through to the audio feed as does when someone is linked in.  The issue I'm having is the audio from someone directly talking on the repeater locally is not coming through.  Anyone have any ideas what the issue may be?
