I've had Orange Pi's on order since May...Not even a tracking number.. Bought them through Aliexpress.
In July, my alternative was to go to Refurbished HP Chrome books..for $55 delivered.

Dave, W1HKJ, has a complete description on how to reconfigure a chrome book for dual boot, or just a Linux boot. More about it is here:
http://www.w1hkj.com/chromebook/
Start with http://www.w1hkj.com/chromebook/chromebook_linux.html
The process leaves the ChromeOS intact and always available as a boot selection.
I loaded mine with Linux Mint- As I have that on an old PC in the shack..
Others have loaded Ham-Pi on a 64GbSD card.. Both mine have great displays.
Now even though I bought 2 HP chromebooks, I have not tried loading Hamviop on it as it is an intel processor. dual core, but would be fast enough.. THe results would be , the chromebook has keyboard, display and tablet mouse and 2 USB's..
